Q: Can I return products if I change my mind?

A: If you order the wrong product by mistake, we will be happy to exchange on the condition the goods are unused and in the original packaging with all the parts included. The cost incurred of returning the products would be the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are only possible within 7 days of delivery. 

Products made to order, modified or cut to size or specifically ordered in cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

Q: Am I able to purchase products online that aren't featured on your site?
