RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

If you or your agent order the wrong product by mistake, handles + online will happily exchange the product, on the condition that the goods are unused and in the original packaging with all parts included. The cost incurred of returning the products would be the responsibility of the customer. Exchanging of incorrect goods is only possible within fourteen days of the original purchase date. A price difference may apply to the correct goods, and postal costs to resend would not be covered by handles + online.

Products that have been made to order, modified, cut to size or specifically ordered in cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

All protective coatings to brass products are subject to deterioration and breakdown and are not covered by the guarantees and warranties.

Corrosion or related deterioration of products when used in a corrosive environment (e.g. coastal areas) is not covered by the guarantees and warranties.
